The Argentinian finishes his contract on 30th June 2018 and the newspaper says that next season the club will need to improve Rakitic and Luis Suarez deals too. AlsoMessi's contract and they want to do it until 2022.
Messi is now 29 and if he did extend his contract until 2022, he will be 35 by then. The club wants him to be there when de new Camp Nou is unveiled.
